Sorghum
Sorghum is a high-value economic crop, mostly used to feed livestock and poultry, and is also the raw material for brewing Chinese liquor. Thousands of years of Chinese baijiu brewing culture, combined with high-quality sorghum from the vast Australian continent, create a refreshing and pure wine aroma.
Wheat
An ancient Chinese saying goes: Food is the paramount necessity of the people. Whether it is ancient times, present or future, wheat is an inseparable and permanent existence in human life. Wheat is not only a food crop, but also a witness of human civilization.
Cotton Seed
Cotton seed makes up around half the weight of the picked cotton, and is mostly used to make cotton seed oil. The by-product of the oil-extraction process is meal, which is used as stock feed. Global cotton seed production can potentially provide protein requirements for half a billion people and many billions of other animals.
Barley
Barley is a major cereal grain grown in temperate climates globally. 70% of barley production is used as animal fodder, while 30% as a source of fermentable material for beer and certain distilled beverages, and as a component of various foods. It is used in soups and stews, and in barley bread of various cultures.
Chick Pea
Chickpea was first grown in Australia as a commercial crop in Goondiwindi during the early 1970s. There are two groups of chickpea – desi and kabuli – which have different growth requirements, markets and end-uses.
Canola Seed
Rapeseed oil is one of the oldest known vegetable oils. There are both edible and industrial forms produced from rapeseed, the seed of several cultivars of the plant family Brassicaceae. Canola oil is considered safe for human consumption and has a relatively low amount of saturated fat, a substantial amount of monounsaturated fat.
